Academic Record
As a non-selective school Blanchelande achieves excellent academic results compared to both the Guernsey average and the UK national average. These results put us in the top 5% of UK schools for SATs results at age 11 and for value added measures at age 14.
- Over 97% of our girls achieve the target level 4 at age 11 (20% above the national average)
- Over 95% of our girls achieve the target level 5 at age 14 (20% above the national average)
- 89% of our girls achieve 5 or more grades A to C at GCSE (30% above the national average)
Over 95% of our Year 11 students continue in full-time education, the majority to take AS and A level examinations.
