Seniors
In the Senior School the National Curriculum is used as the basis for our Teaching and Learning. All pupils in Years 7 - 9 study: Art, Biology, Chemistry, Cookery, Design & Technology, English, French, Geography, History, ICT, Mathematics, Music, PE & Sport, PSHE (Personal, Social and Health Education) Physics, Religious Education and Spanish.
During Year 9, parents and pupils meet with teachers to discuss GCSE Options. In addition to compulsory studies in English Language, English Literature, Mathematics, Science (Double or Triple) and R.E., most students study a further four subjects selected from a range of different option choices. These include French, Spanish, History, Geography, P.E., Art, Food and Nutrition, Business Studies, Psychology and Drama. The majority of students study at least 10 GCSEs.
