Scholarships

Up to six scholarship places are available in Year Seven each year.

Selection is through the island-wide 11+ system and is only open to Catholic families. This process is independent of Blanchelande and is carried out through the  Primary Schools under the control of the States of Guernsey Education Department. Further details can be found on their website.

The Education Department may award up to six “special places” or scholarships to eligible students who meet exactly the same criteria as required for a place at the Island’s Grammar School.
