At Blanchelande we work with families who need an early start or a later finish for their child. Our breakfast club and after-school club offer fun and friendly supervision based in the Rosaire Hall.

 

Breakfast Club

Mrs Carre provides a fun and welcoming start to the day for children attending Breakfast Club, with a fresh, varied and nutritious breakfast provided. We have a flexible system to meet the needs of busy families.

INFANTS

Infant breakfast club
Breakfast club starts at 7.45 am and runs through to the start of school.

Pre-book (including discount) On the door price
£6.60 £7.70

We offer a highly competitive breakfast club sibling rate of £4.40.

Infant Early drop option
The early drop-off option (which doesn’t include breakfast) has proved a popular service for families; it runs from 8.25 am until school officially opens at 8.45 am. These children read or play in the Rosaire Hall with the children attending Breakfast Club.

JUNIORS

Juniors who arrive between 8.00 am – 8.10 am may go to the Rosaire Hall and read quietly (at no cost). The playground opens at 8.10 am and children may play under supervision until the bell goes at 8.30 am.

After School Club

After school club is for children from Reception – Year 6 and runs from the end of school (3.15 pm for Infants, 3.30 pm for Juniors) until 5.30 pm.

Our team of friendly supervisors, overseen by Mr Allison (Head of Juniors), provide a range of stimulating activities for the children, as well as an after-school drinks and snacks. Also regularly assisting at after-school club are senior students (Year 9 and above) as part of their Duke of Edinburgh Award volunteering or Blanchelande Diploma (service section).

We operate a simple, two-session model.
